Role: Sole production lead for mechanicals and print prep

Received copy, imagery, and brand guidelines from the creative team and built full direct mail mechanicals (front/back, indicia, addressing areas, USPS requirements).

Managed type hierarchy, body copy flow, and grid structure to keep messaging clear and compliant with healthcare branding standards.

Set up correct sizes, folds, bleeds, safe areas, and mailing zones; ensured the final layouts met postal specs

Produced final press-ready PDFs and coordinated with production / vendors through proof rounds to ensure accuracy.
